    Thanks! We get more ice than we get snow. Or at least we have the past like 4 or 5 winters. I really dreading the affect winter weather is going to have on my running. But if those grippers can keep me upright, it may not be as big a problem as I think.

    Coooool! OK, not cool...COLD!!!! Ha! I suppose I'll never wear them--just don't have much snow/ice in Louisiana!

    Becky they work for me! Normally if I look at Ice I fall down LOL. I also wear YAKTRACKS on my normal shoes. But yak tracks move too much for running.

    I have to make sure they are on properly and running in them it’s a bit more work, but I take that as bonus calories burned... LOL

    They were $25 for the pair (I think) and there are extra spikes in the package, you can also buy replacement spikes separately.
