anyone seen my kneecaps? I think they're in the cake...

I've already beat my goal for october which was 40 miles. By friday I'd run 46.7 miles. I wanted to run a 10k on Sunday But my knees where killing me so I took the week-end off. I actually listened to my body for once! That's the same body that said "drink Wine, make coconut cake like Alton brown & eat it!

Much better today, I'm going to run tomorrow & wednesday. I hope the ice on the trial will be melted. I think it's the added effort of running on ice with the grippers that's affecting my knees.

I told turboMel that I was going to start strength training so now that I wrote it down I gotta do it right? cwap! Oh well that how I got started with the running and that turned out ok.

You know you're a runner when you book an hour off of work during the morning as vacation time so that you can run before you eat the lunch buffet! yup I did that...
