It's official.......around these parts winter is coming and we spent a good part of today getting our outside in order. Puting kayaks and lawn furniture in the cellar and getting the rest of the yard ready for winter.......Booo Hoooo. My deck looks so bare now, it can only mean winter is coming.

Today is two months no cigarettes......I've been doing really good, I have my moments but pulled through them.

Kids are doing trick or treating tonight 5-7 and I'm making a dinner before they go so gonna make this a quick post.

Wow! That is all I have to say. Just wow. I honestly don't know which is more impressive, your weight loss or being cigarette free. Or even doing both at the same time. Congrats on coming so far towards becoming a healthier you! Try to focus on some of the healthy fun thing syou can do in the winter like tubing and skiing and ice skating - lots of good fun activities! Have a great Monday!

WooHoo!! Way to go on the loss! Most excellent!!

I hate winter too.. wish it could stay warm year round. Freezing temperatures & snow & ice just don't suit me!!

Very proud of you for quitting smoking!! I've been trying off & on for a year now.. get myself cut back & something stressful happens & I'm right back at it! One of these days though.. I will be ready!!

Great job on the cigarettes. It is my demon too and I've quit many times -- once for a year and 4 months......then I just had one and you know the rest. It is that darn first one. Yes, winter brings its own challenges that is for sure. It slows me down (not good) and makes me want to eat more (but I will resist). It looks like you weigh yourself every day. I try for once a week, but just somehow end up on that scale at least 4-5 times a week. Wish I could resist. Maybe I can ask my husband to hide the scale for me except for Monday a.m. Anyway, have a great, successful week.
