It's that time of the year when you need to pick up the treats for the kids going trick or treating. I love Halloween but I dread all the junk food.......I'm one of those people who could eat through a bag of something with ease. So my plan of attack is (Sunday is trick or treating in my town) to go shopping tomorrow and buy healthy alternatives individual sized bags of pretzels or popcorn or something like that. NO CHOCOLATE cause from past years there is lots of left overs and MOM (ME) ends up eating it all! My other plan of attack is I'll have hubby go through the childrens bags to make sure everything is sealed (no big deal because they only go to peoples houses they know) my kids don't get huge amounts of candy......but I don't want to risk taking some. Geeesh, that is horrible that I know I can't be trusted to be in a room with candy. Actually that is sad.......but it is the truth right now so that is why I'm making plans to avoid temptations.
Got some exercise done today 30 mins. cardio and 15 mins. resistance bands and of course my daily crunches been trying to do 100 a day. hehehehe, I'm building some muscle under this fat.
