10/25/07 Calorie Cycling:
To speed this endeavor; I am going to try to burn 200 cals/day. If I can do this as well; I should drop 6 lbs by Dec. 12 :)
I've added this to my signature until it is memorized (I HATE tracking numbers!!) I've done really well in keeping my calories low, but I'm just not losing. I've found as much info as I can on this and with some good advice from a SP sister who is LOSING doing it; why not bite the bullet; eat a little more and see what happens?
I really want to be in the 140's when I have my surgery because I know the weight will just find it's way back into bed with me and I don't want to have extra holiday poundage to boot. I'm pretty psyched about this so we'll see!
I know the exercise will speed the process so let's see what I'm made of.
