OK so I am so mad at myself, yesterday was just a bad day. Not over all just when it came to maintaining. First off I didn't get enough sleep Sunday night so I was absolutely exhausted yesterday came home from work and passed out. I was supposed to go walking with Liz but didn't feel like it, so I woke up long enough to call her and make up an excuse, then I finally woke up from my comatose state and had some spaghetti with Chase at like midnight, and while it was wheat pasta and ground turkey meat, I just felt so gross eating that late. Then this morning I woke up to find it is that time of the month, even more awesome, a day of feeling gross to then wake up all bloated. GRRRRR!

But today is another day, I know we all have our bad days but when you are fresh from the weekend of munching here and there and you know as of Monday you are back in your routine, you can't help but get a little down on your self.

I am picking up some free weights from my mom's house so I can use those when I go walking this week, hopefully that will help to put a little extra pep in my step.

    ha, just like I said before. Don't feel bad just make sure today is a healthy active day.

    Eating late at night won't cause any harm. Unless you passed your calorie intake already. But if you did go overboard.adding ten extra minutes to your weekly cardio sessions should counteract that.

    Make sure you participate in your team challenges...that's another motivation hot spot.
