A Stranger

Again it has been awhile and I haven’t got back on track and I know that I really need to. My knees and back are so bad that it is very hard for me to walk around. But I still do when I get a chance. This last weekend I went to the State Fair. I knew I was going to have a hard time so I took a walking cane along for help. Believe you me it helped a lot. At one point I thought about renting a wheel chair that is how much I hurt. But I didn’t do it. I just kept on walking. Today I have swollen knees and ankles hurt so badly. The real reason I am sharing all this a very nice thing happened, as I was walking a young man that I still don’t know walk by me and stopped and said to me “Your doing great job, keep up the good work, be proud of yourself. I am. ” Well I just wanted to share that because it meant so very much to me to have a stranger say such nice things. I know it is my turn to get off my tail and do something
