Had my first session with the Personal Trainer. She had me working out with the ball to lean against the wall to see the flexibility in my knees. I also worked out on the free weights and OMG, I had a hard time with 3, 5 and 8lb weights. She could also see that my left arm is much weaker. All of this gave her a basis as to my abilities.
My face turned red and I found out that I hold my breath during exercising. What, am I tryin to kill myself? I have from time to time noticed that I hold my breath during the day. It is so weird, wonder why we do this.
I am back up to 408 from 405 last Thurs. If you look through Fri and Sat you will see why. OMG, I was not aware that what I was eating had that much fat. Well, I guess this is why we are here. Although I am not new to SP, I felt like I had an idea of what food was worth.
