Not really starting over, but starting again. With a new attitude. Back on track and eating right, tracking my food. I'm telling you when I don't track, I don't do well at all. I put back a total of 4 lbs. but not for long. Those are coming off this week! At least a couple of them are. And starting tonight I'm riding my bike daily. It's nice and cool now, should be no problem. I've also decided to try my hand at writting a book. Don't know how that will go but time will tell. I'm being honest about the weight gain, I changed my tracker to reflect it.
