Fitness Tracking Challenge:
* 1 pt for stretching tracked
* 1 pt for each 15 min. of cardio tracked
* 1 pt for each strength exercise as long as you do either (1) 3 sets of 8 reps OR (2) 2 sets of 12 reps.
* 1 pt for meeting daily cardio min.
* 1 pt for meeting daily cal burned
* 5 pts for meeting weekly cardio min.
* 5 pts for meeting weekly cal. burned
If you stretched, did 30 minutes of cardio, did 2 sets of 12 reps of five different exercises, met your daily cardio minutes and your daily calories burned, you earned 10 points for the day.
At the end of the week, total all your daily points and add 5 points if you met your weekly cardio minutes. Add another 5 if you met your weekly calories burned.
