Well all the hogging has had it's effects - Had a huge party at my place on Saturday with my pals and man we had a feast of Biryani !!! and all that weight is now on me!!

I have gained 0.7 Kilos since last Saturday and worse still - when i checked on tuesday i had actually lost 0.5 kilos

Am hoping like hell yesterday was due to "excess water" or something !

Anyway - this week - no more undoing the good...I need to loose 8 kilos this month and its the 8th and i have 7 moer to loose.

    It could be the water weight too as biryani usually has a lot of sodium. your body may be retaining it. it might help to drink plenty of water to drain the bloated feeling out. and if you're into yoga (ardha pavanmuktasana/& pavanmuktasana helps relieve this..and funnily enough for me - i've seen the scale move after i do 12 surya namaskars !) 'course i retain a lot of water due to other reasons, but I thought it may help you if you feel bloated. Def. ginger water helps - seeping ginger like tea and adding honey (if you like). warm water at all other times.

    don't worry. sometimes, it happens. at least you had fun doing it :) but seriously.. don't be too hard on yourself. it's over, and can't change the past.
    today is a brand new day, and you have an opportunity to make better choices. you can still accomplish your goals! Hugs!
