I just weighed myself this morning and my first reaction was "oh I gained weight". I was pretty upset and took a shower with a heavy heart trying to figure out how I could have gained. Then I went to record the weight and noticed I actually lost weight. Not only did I lose weight but I lost 2.8 pounds. Funny I had thought I weighed less the week before. Too funny. Needless to say I am not so upset. LOL Thank goodness for logging the weight right. Well I am on my way.
