Hired a Trainer

I signed up for a PT at AFF for a 2x a week for 3mths. It is costly but it is needed. She has ordered that I do 40mins of cardio 7 days a week and MWF do resistance training for 30mins.

Got on their scale and I weigh 410 to start. Our goal is to lose 2lbs a week.

This is a big commitment for me but needed to get me outta the slump I've been in.

    Good for you Collette - keep us all posted on how it's going! Tell us about each stepp... what you like, what you hate and why have need to do it anyway! Dont waste the $$ you put into this! Get out of it all the you want from it!

    I cant wait to hear about your successes but I also will be here when/if you want to scream and yell about the hard times too!
