Hired a Trainer

I signed up for a PT at AFF for a 2x a week for 3mths. It is costly but it is needed. She has ordered that I do 40mins of cardio 7 days a week and MWF do resistance training for 30mins.
Got on their scale and I weigh 410 to start. Our goal is to lose 2lbs a week.
This is a big commitment for me but needed to get me outta the slump I've been in.
