day 1 BL challenge!

Well it's official, biggest loser part 4 has begun! and i'm off to a great start. I made my walk this morning, actually walk/run, but i only ran a few times even sprinted twice. woo hoo! i stopped though because i haven't ran in a long time, and i could feel the shin splints coming! i knew if i pushed too hard i quite possibly wouldn't be able to do my core secrets workout or walk the next morning. but i will do it again tomorrow! i stretched really well too, once you get shin splints they are hard to get rid of. so, my work out for today is complete, i've had 14 glasses of water, thats 112 ounces, half my body weight. as it should be. and i have been completely on track with my diet. no cheating, and lowered my cal intake again, today i will have had 1377 calories, low on carbs, low on fats, pretty good on protein i know it's important, so it's in the 90's somewhere. :) i have a great mind set, i'm determined, and for once i believe in myself, i know i CAN do this! :) thats a comforting feeling, never mind comfort food! i've found my comfort elsewhere :) time to cook my lean cuisine dinner! mmmmmmm :)

    Wow, what great enthusiasm! Glad things are off to a good start for you. Have you checked the couch to 5K program here on spark? I have been working on running too. I've heard good things about it.
