Lavender 12 Week Challenges w/ Sister Team:

Lose an Inch Challenge:
* 1 point for each inch lost

Measure your chest, waist, and hips at the beginning of the challenge, then again at the end of BL4.

We will have a winner for each area being measured as well as an overall winner.

Traveling Challenge:
Pack your bags, we are going from NY to LA this challenge. Log your miles walking, running, elliptical etc. and see what city you end up in and who gets the farthest.

Cardio Minute Challenge:
Track your cardio minutes for all of BL4 and see how many days of cardio we can do in 12 weeks.

Lavender Weekly Challenges:

Week 1
Nutritional Tracking Challenge:
* Each meal is worth 1 point.
* Each snack is worth 1 point. I know the snacks get lumped into one section, but if you have two snacks a day, give yourself two points.
* Each 8 ounce glass of water is worth 1 point.
*You get 5 BONUS POINTS if you stay in your calorie range.

If you have 3 meals, 2 snacks, and 8 cups of water you have earned 13 points, and if you stayed in your calorie range you’ve earned 18 points for the day.
