Today was the first time I tracked what I ate and I had an easier time sticking to my plan for today. I also was very close to my nutritional goals. I am proud of myself. Now is the time when I usually want to eat extra, but I just had a snack and am quite satisfied. Getting on my computer and finishing up my days total also helps. I don't want to ruin a good day.
