Today was the first time I tracked what I ate and I had an easier time sticking to my plan for today. I also was very close to my nutritional goals. I am proud of myself. Now is the time when I usually want to eat extra, but I just had a snack and am quite satisfied. Getting on my computer and finishing up my days total also helps. I don't want to ruin a good day.

    Who knew that it could be this FUN to lose weight? The tracker really helps me stay on track, too. It makes you feel like you've really accomplished something when your nutritional goals are "right on" OR "so close".
