Getting Back on Track

As ashamed as I am to admit this, I have really been slacking on my progress. For the first time since I started my lifestyle change, I did not lose any weight last week. That was depressing. I don't feel as good about myself and I don't have the get-up-and-go that I did before. I really need to get back on track. I've been doing good with my calories when I track them but not as good with my exercise, primarily due to lack of time and energy. But I am making a vow to get back on track. Starting yesterday. I can do this. I have lost 56 pounds so far but still have a long way to go so there's no giving up now!!!

    Hi, your sparkname says it all. Losing4Lucas so keep going at it. You can do it. Just set your mind to it and you can do it. Get up off your feet, dust yourself off and go for it. Have you tried strength training w/ weights or resistance bands? Put variety into your exercise program and if you possibly can do it in the mornings your are more apt to make it a real habit. You can do it - We North Dakotans are tough. Go for it!

    You have done so amazing so far, don't let this bring you down! Everyone has a slump every now and then. Just give yourself a few days to relax and re-center yourself and then get back in the game. You've done a great job!
