Started the week with a good cardio workout!

Sunday I really got a workout. My son moved, & I helped. He lived in an upstairs apartment, so I got lots of good cardio by carrying boxes, & heavy items, up & down those steps for several hours. I logged it on my fitness log, & for moving & carrying boxes for (at least) 3 hrs...I burned 1764 calories!!! Then I tried to find going up & down steps, but the closest I could find was using a stair step machine. I figured it was close, so I logged 60 min....for 504 calories! So I burned a whopping 2268 calories on Sunday---what a way to start the week!
I was so glad that I had lost 22 lbs. before he moved. I noticed a big difference in how I felt. Before I lost the weight, it was hard to go up the steps at his appartment. While helping with his move, I even noticed that once in awhile, I was running up those steps a little bit, & I wasn't out of breath while doing it!
I've only lost a fraction of what I want to lose, & I already can notice such a difference. I just can't fathom how great I will feel after I lose the rest!!! Also--now when I look down-I don't see my belly--I see toes! It's such a motivatior! YAY!!
