Woohoo 240's!!

Friday, September 21, 2007

Well its been a long and stressful trip with the 250's! I'm glad to say that I left it behind. Plateaus can definitely be frustrating but I trudged my way through. Now that I've hit the 240's It's a great time to renew what I'm doing. I'm now closer to 200 and it feels great. I know at this point the weight loss will show alot more then it did previously. Particularly in my face. I really miss my thinner face- it was easier to smile then- now with this weight it always looks like I'm frowning. So I'm going to really work it, and push myself physically. I am very happy that I finally reached this point. Mentally getting into the 100's doesnt seem so distant as it did before, its almost as if I can finallly see my way finding sign in the distance- so now I'm going to start running towards it!

    All right, Jenn!

Sounds like you've found your groove and are working for more success.

I have finally set my mind to doing this dieting thing. I have come to realize that it's not a diet, but a change on the way I view and eat food. It's been working, but I have to make up for some ground I lost aling the way. It least I feel good about doing the workouts and being healthy.

Keep up the good, hard work!
