Well after my weekend I am still hanging in there. I was very upset when my weight went to 155 to 156. It was so hard seeing the scale that high after all my hard work. Then on Sunday I weigh myself and I am 154. I don’t know if Saturday or Sunday is right, but I'll take 154. I already eaten a pint of Ben & Jerry’s on Saturday so I told myself I have to try and work off some of those calories. So I have worked out every morning this week with my usual 30 minutes. Then on Monday my boss took everyone out to Olive Garden. I had 2 breadsticks, salad, and whole wheat pasta with five cheese marinara. I added in all my calories and lunch was 1,050 calories, so with my light breakfast and light dinner I was still in goal range. Then today I went out with a few co-workers since one of them is leaving and I ate well. I know on Thursday I have a lunch meeting (more food!) and next week I have diner plans two nights. All I keep thinking is if I can eat really good for breakfast and dinner, then try and pick healthy options I will be ok. And the weekend is coming up and I always eat bad, but I am going to concentrate on getting through tomorrow first.
