Here we go again- I've been reading everyone's blogs and suddenly remembered I hadn't done mine for the week. I was so pumped up to get exercising again and I had a great first week. The second week was awful. First I was sick for a few days then my uncle came unexpectedly from Florida and I hung out with him for a few days. Yes, these are excuses but they are what kept me from exercising. I did play t-ball with my cousins and ran around like crazy so I didn't totally crash.
Obviously this week I will be doing week one of the program again. I just hope I haven't lost the progress I made. You know what? If I did, then I will make up for it. I am done beating myself up and feeling guilty every time I'm not perfect. I am on this journey for the long haul, that much I do know!
The yogurt addiction is much better. I had some last night but that was after NOT having it for a few days. I know I won't do it cold turkey so I am happy with the progress. I lost 1.8 pounds this week so that sure made me happy! I only have a couple of pounds to get to my lowest weight that I've been! It felt great to see that scale move and gave me the motivation I need to have a great week!
