food diary fri 14th and sat the 15th

fri 14th-
brkfst- fiber bar- 150
banana and cheese 1 oz- 182
lunch- lean cusine- and yogurt -380
supper- vege omelet and 1 and 1/2 pancakes, coffee
snack- 2 lite beers - 220 = ? total because didn't count friday supper in cals ate out

sat 15th no cals tracked
brkfst- 2 pcs french toast syrup no butter, 2 pcs bacon coffee
lunch- 1/2 turkey drumstick, 1/2 whole made salted nut roll, and pc bakklava- minus 6 sweets
supper- ham, garlic mashed potaotes whole made, green beans, coffee and for dessert whole made banana pudding with choclate sauce on graham crackers{ yes my friend is a fabulous cook!}
had 5 glasses of wine through out the day
