I have been thinking about this for a while I think i am going to start running as well as doing the exercise that I do. One day I want to run in a marathon and I know that baby steps lead to big improvements. So I'm going to start this evening when I get home.

    Welcome to the team CDKID! I am glad you decided to join us and to try running as part of your workout. Baby steps that how we all started. Take it one week at a time and eventually you will run marathon. I still haven't even ran a race but I love running to stay fit, not so much to compete.
