oh how true that we commune around food which makes it all the more difficult on our journey to weight loss. Many of my happiest memories are of family dinners and the contentment that those dinners brought . I have found though that you don't have to give those times up you just have to modify them to you r new lifestyle. No I do noat always stay in my calorie range at family gatherings but I have learned that the next step is to return to the healthier way immediately after the slip and go on with a little less guilt than before
