This weekend didn't go so well

Ok, Friday was a bad day. I had a bad day at work and came home and bought Ben & Jerry' s. I only ate half but I shouldn't have had it at all. Then Saturday I made dinner (meatloaf and mash potatoes) and had an extra serving of both meat and potaoes, then had the rest of my Ben & Jerry's. Sunday I went home and visited the family and some friends and went out to dinner and had some candy and some other things I shouldn't have eaten. Now, Sunday night I feel horrible. I was doing so well and was so excited that I finally lost a pound and I go and thorw it away. I did work out Friday and Saturday but it didn't help what I ate and I didn't workout on Sunday. I am just so disappointed in myself. I will try and eat really good this week and workout every day, but I wish I could take back some of the food choices I made this weekend.

    hey we've all been there. dont get down on yourself. no one can be perfect in their eating 100% of the time. you've lost a pound and that's great!

    Sometimes things just don't go as planned. Sleep well tonight and get up in the morning and start again. You can make it. Remember even if you take two steps forward and then step back you still are one step ahead of where you began. Good luck!
