On my way...again

I hopefully am on my way again to losing some weight. I finally got on the treadmill this AM and actually drank 8 glasses of water two days in a row!
I am amazed at how many things I can find to do (all valid, of course) instead of exercise! I really don't like doing it - don't like the thought of doing it - seems like a waste of time when I think about it - except that I ALWAYS feel better having worked out in some capacity. And when I am working out and drinking the water is when I start to see results. I can stay in my calorie ranges pretty well, but that in itself doesn't do it for me anymore.

So, here I go - I set a lofty goal for myself for September - I would have to lose 8 pounds from now, which probably won't happen - but I can at least make a run for it!
