The Sugar Monster Is After Me!

I'm going to have to really get back on track, faithfully, & quit having so much sugar, & snacks. It's nothing like what I used to do, but I'm afraid it could become a problem. I need to get back to the mind set I had when I first started with Sparks. I'm still determined, & motivated--but have let some bad habits sneak back in slowly. Mainly, having a few sugar laden snacks! Ok--I KNOW a few Lifesavers, 1 chocolate chip cookie, or low cal snacks now & then, are not mind blowing no-no's--but I have a sugar addiction, & I really need to watch it. At least I'm aware of the addiction, & am being cautious of what goes in my mouth. BS (before Sparks) I didn't care how many Lifesavers, or other sugary goodies passed over my lips. Heck--Lifesavers were just a small part of my life! It was nothing for me to sit at the computer every night, & binge on almost a whole bag of hard candies, then some chips for the salt, then I needed sugar again, so the vicious cycle went on & on & on!! Now, I have to laugh when I diligently count out 4 Lifesavers, or 20 mini pretzels, or 24 Teddy Grahams, or even measure 1 cup of popcorn, so I can log it onto my Sparks Nutrition page!!! I guess I shouldn't really worry about my little indulgences, but I remember all too well where I was just a few short months ago. This has to be a LIFE TIME CHANGE, so I have to stay aware, & stay ahead, of anything that may cause me to fall back into old patterns!
