Health and happiness

Sometimes I hurt all over and the Neurontin makes me feel dizzy and sleepy and I don't want to exercise but I know that the exercise is what keeps me going and keeps me out of a wheel chair. It is funny to hear the doctor say I have good strength in my feet and legs when I can't feel them when I touch them and the inside feelings are crazy.

Now the numbnesss has entered my left hand fingers. It scares me a little that I won't be able to hold things or type or just everyday things. My doctor told me not to worry. It took 15 years to get to this point so think another 15. I don't know. I just keep going as well as I can and I guess that is all that anyone can do.

I remember before I had back surgery my left leg was Numb, all I could feel once in a while was the pins and needles feeling when your arm or leg goes to sleep.
Often when I was doing things especially on uneven ground I would fall, it was really embarrassing to me until one day an older man by the lake told me not to be embarrassed by the fall , just worry if I don't get back up.

When I'm having problems with most anything I try to remember his words.
And you have been through so much! Just always remember how very strong you are. and keep getting back up emoticon

many blessings to you and yours,

I am sorry that you are having health issues and I am sure that the exercise would be very helpful. You cannot feel your legs or feet when touching them? That would be a little strange, I guess I can't even imagine what you are going through. I wish you the very best. Rosy
