Today was a good day. I feel like I'm on my way! I walked, tracked everything that I ate, and drank all my water. The goal is to do the same thing tomorrow. The doctor released me and said I could start doing light weights. Now all I have to do is do them. I know I need to build up muscles so I can lose weight better, but I really don't like exercises with weights! My goal is to do the weight excercises twice a week.
