Mini fast break

Another one of my challenges for last week was to pick a mini goal and stick with it for 14 days. It has also been one of my trouble goals, getting up in the morning...Grr when 5am rolls around I'm so not happy. So I push it. So for the next two weeks I have committed to get at least 7.5 hours of sleep and wake up at 5am with out a grunt or a growl. Tomorrow will be my challenge because with everything I have to do I get to bed at 10pm. So I will work hard to finish up everything I have to do tonite and get some sleep. Wish me luck. I will keep track of how much sleep and get and keep you guys posted. YAY!
