Article: Improving Self-Esteem with Journaling

I read this wellness article and thought it was a wonderful idea!! I've always had self-esteem issues and put on many different masks to hide who I really am. I don't think I am all that bad, but I have just always tried to be someone other than who I am.

So reading this article really brought to light how much this could help me! I am going to begin journaling every day, whether it be about something I did that made me feel good, or about a compliment I received, or whatever.
