Just start. Take one step, then another. Do the thing that's most important....MOVE. Move a little each day and soon you will want to move longer or faster. Before you know it, you may want a vegetable or fruit instead of a cookie. Then, next yearat this time, you will be a moving, fruit and veggie eating, lean machine. :)
