My first *big* challenge!

My Day 1 Score:
Rev it Up - 5 points
Clean It Up - 25 points
Pump it Up - 15 points
Tone It Up - 5 points
Build It Up - 15 points
Total = 65 points!

Point System:

Rev it Up
Eat 5-6 meals per day- 10 points
Eat 3-4 meals per day- 5 points
Less than three meals or Skip breakfast - no points
Clean It Up
100% daily intake clean foods- 25 points
75% daily intake clean foods - 15 points
50% daily intake clean foods - 5 points
Less than 50% - 0 points
Pump it Up
Cardio Training 30 minutes daily - 15 points
Interval training included - 5 addtional points
Tone It Up
Train major muscle groups - 5 points for each day you train for a minimum of 20 minutes. (Should do at least 3-4 times weekly).
Build It Up
30 minutes personal development daily - 15 points
15 minutes personal development daily - 5 points
