I've taken a few baby steps in the right direction. I've drunk my water the last couple of days.
Today I walked the dog with my daughter. It was only 15 minutes, but it's more activity than I've done in the last 2 weeks.
I also did 10 minutes of yoga this evening.
Tomorrow I'm going to eat some fruits and veggies.
It's progress and I'll take it!
