Went for a bike ride this a.m. to Sac State and Back. Now that I've got the heart-rate monitor working right, I was able to slow myself down a little and still get the right kind of workout. I love riding on the bike trail. I did it for years on end while I was working at Sac State. Once in a while you get to see some wildlife.

I've been doing a little cleaning in my areas of the house. Things are still messy but not quite as bad.

I've got a meeting at church tonight and then I'm on call for volunteer duty until 6 a.m. Monday. If I'm busy, I'll lose weight! If not I'll get some good sleep. WIN! WIN! situation.
