Congrats Spark friends!

Wednesday, August 22, 2007

I just want to say CONGRATS to everyone for doing so well. Some of us have been with Sparks for a long time, & some of us only a short while, but I think we've all learned a few things! We are feeling better, & stronger, & more motivated than we have in a long time. We are making wiser choices for our lives, & for our families' lives. If any of you are like me--I NEVER, EVER, looked at the nutrition facts on packages, except maybe in passing, then I'd shrug my shoulders, & eat it anyway! Now I won't put it in my mouth without checking those nutrition labels! Look how much we've changed--WE SHOULD ALL BE VERY PROUD OF OURSELVES! It doesn't matter if you've lost 3 lbs, or 33 lbs-- at least we're changing our way of thinking, & are more aware of what we're putting in our mouths. It truly is a lifestyle change. We are all on a journey to our individual goals. Some of us will take longer to achieve that goal than others, but I believe we will all reach what we thought a few months ago, was unattainable. Good goin' Spark-mates! ~~June~~
