I found inspiration

Monday, August 20, 2007

I have found inspiration. Actually, I never lost it, so I guess it is more accurate to say I uncovered inspiration. It was sitting there all along under a pile of emotional baggage. Yep, I've cleaned out closets in my house, i've gotten better organized, i've donated to the goodwill. I thought it was all taken care of. And then I crashed-well it is to be expected after such an awesome seminar-what goes up, must come down. But to stay in it so long and so deep-that was what was puzzling. And then little by little I discovered that baggage that was covering up my inspiration. So, I have options. I can move it somewhere else and reclaim my inspiration--but who knows what it will cover up then. Or I can work through it. You know, I do like to hold on to things, so I opted to move it. Just temporirly-wth a note to myself to go through it this week. But because finding inspiration was such an emergency, I thought this was the most expediate route to take.

I can feel it looming in the background. That is ok. I have very specific things I will do to take care of it-this week-I promise. And one of the things I will have to do is ask for help. Oh, the h word. It does so hurt. but i will do it because I have to do it so that I can achieve what I want to achieve and live my life's purpose.

I discovered my life's purpose in my last week of training. We did special techniques to discover it.

So, now, I am on a path of inspiration, persperation, and celebration.

I hereby declare myself empowered!!!!! I'm so excited, and I just can't hide it, I'm about to lose control and I think I like it. (sounds like a good song to down load from itunes.).

Anway, thank you to Wayne Dyer, Brandon Bays, my journey family, Skip, Kristine, Wendy, Lulu, Leslie, Jodi, bob, Joe. Thank you for demonstrating inspiration. Thank you for holding the space for me while I needed it. And again and again and again, I think my spark buddy who introduced me to the journey-I owe you something but it is so big, I don't think Ican repay you personally. But I commit to doing a free journey session to someone in need for every 10 payed journey session that I get--is that an adequate pay it forward????

Tami, hun, seeing you working through all your issues, resolving your depressions, laying things to rest...that's pay-it-forward enough for anyone! Think on the old cliche "physician heal thyself"...there are bound to be things surfacing still for you. Maybe yourself and one of your training buddies could process one another from time to time to keep you from feeling overwhelmed. Remember that what drew you to the Journey in the first place was to help yourself; that you can also help others is (and to my mind always should be) a secondary motive. Love as always!
