Improving . . .

This has been a very good week - my weigh in today showed a loss for the first time in ages...4 lbs. I did cardio exercises 6 out of 7 days and all of my toning exercises for the week. Moved up to 5 lb weights in my strength training today and my pilates videos I purchased came in. Mom and I spent the day together which was an added plus. Summer garden has just about run it's course for this year but my fall tomatoes and cucumbers started coming in this week. They should last until frost if all goes well.
