Stress and the Body

It became abundantly clear to me this week the role that stress is playing in my health. Lack of quality sleep, lack of motivation, muscles are sore, tired and hurting, headaches.... What has helped is that I have been working on my reaction to handling the stress. Water, not soda... protein, not refined carbs... Overall, I'm beginning to feel the effects. Yesterday's massage has left me incredibly sore this morning... as expected. My weight flucuates between 5 and 10 pounds per day... but after a week of making the right choices, it is starting to even out. It is time to start making me a priority in my life again... and I think I remember how that's done still :)
