I'm very happy - I lost a pound. It's been about 6 weeks so I'm feeling pretty good today. I lowered my calorie max. about two weeks ago and I really think that helped. I just don't exercise enough to warrant eating so much and I'm glad I'm listening to my body. It's really getting easier to say "no" and I think the fact that I'm not around all the temptations makes it a lot easier.
