Growing Stronger

Been picking up my pace on the treadmill now and then, bumping it up from 3.5 to 4.0 and it's getting close to feeling like a slow jog instead of walking...and surprisingly it's feeling GOOD to me! I absolutely NEVER thought I would see the day where I could ever come CLOSE to running, let alone conceive of ENJOYING myself doing it! I'm looking forward to bigger and better activities in the future...formerly the stuff of dreams!
