Tomorrow is my 2 week anniversary at SP and I'm going to weigh, start using the Nutrition Tracker, add strength training to my fitness program and officially increase my cardio goal to 30 minutes a day.

    you deserve a rest.. you have been working hard at this. In the 2 weeks you have been here you have inspired so many people to start exercising.. and I see your own program increasing daily, making me want to increase mine as well.. I hope you have a nice rest and I will see you tomorrow..
