Got my 15 minutes, it was ugly, but I got it - Preparation

I did not walk or get any exercise before I went to work today. Man, did that bother me. So I walked around the building on each of my 3 breaks. It's pitiful, but it's something. So I won't think ugly thoughts about myself tonight because I did actually get it done. I'm proud of what I've done since I've been on SP and I want to keep it that way.
I'm going to have to make preparation a part of my daily goals. I need to not only plan for the next day, but prepare for it. If I have a pitcher of ice water already in the fridge, I'll drink it. It's easy to grab breakfast on the way out if the turkey sausage is already cooked or cereal and milk are in containers and ready to go. Those are the two things I'm going to add to my daily goals. Make sure there's water in the fridge and breakfast is ready to go.
I'm not adding anything else to my daily goals for quite awhile, we all know if the list gets too long, we start to feel overwhelmed and - if I let this one thing go, I can let that go too. Then - since I'm not doing that I may as well let all of it go - and give up yet again. Not this time.
