I feel this weekend getting into a neighbors pool and hyperflexed my right leg. My quad is pulled (if not ripped) and is extremely PAINFUL. I have been elevating and ice all weekend. I am not sure how long it will last, but running or any type of activity using my legs (which what is left?) is out for awhile. Trying to think of things to do to keep active... sit-ups (although, it pulls on the quads) and upper body weights is all I can think of. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!
