not a bad week

This morning's weigh and measure-in showed 2 pounds down and 1/2 inch gone from my waist and hips. Pleased with that because I worked hard this week - at least 30 mins cardio everyday, and a couple of hikes during the week. Also managed to keep my calories very close to my 1200/day target.
Struggling a bit with the strength training. I think someone STOLE my muscles years ago, particularly my ABS. But, I'll persevere, and just hope there is still a little bit left, which can grow. lol
For August, I'd like to shift another 7 pounds, to get down to 150 pounds, which would mean i've lost about 1/4 of the weight that I need to lose since signing up for spark. with 1-2 pounds loss a week as my goal - I might be a pound or 2 short, but we'll see. Another 1 or 2 inches off my waist and hips would be good too.
