I got my walk in this morning. Yea me! I read some threads on the Cardio Connoisseurs Team, as the leader is my new hero, but I'm not ready for them yet. You go girls!!! They got me fired up though.
Tomorrow's plan:
Get my walk in - I'ts only 10 minutes but a week ago I was doing 0, so I feel good about it.
Write down everything I eat - That's a new strategy I'm adding. Y'all remind me to do that one, I know I'm going to slip.

    I feel so much better knowing that I got started on one of my goals. 10 minutes is like a magic number for me.. it didn't scare me off and I found out that i actually liked being out early in the morning.. I am usually in front of the computer..
    I started logging my food the second day I was here.. this is a tremendous help to me.. actually seeing it in black and white changes the way I think (i think) I know that I am more careful about what I eat now that I know I am going to have to add it to my food log. It was a pain at first to figure it out but I pretty much have it now that I discovered the Favorites tab. You can do it.. lets help each other get over all the little bumps in the road ok?
