Did 2 classes one was a good class and good work out I also did a second Wu Chi Chi Gong , this one focused on Tai Chi type balance and breathing exercises. Also; . Did 10 minutes on the hand cycle. 5 minutes on the balance board.
Yesterday too much Italian restaurant food. I made my own food today. 198 is unacceptable especially on a day that goes into my monthly average weight. ( I average the last ten daily weights for the month).
