Read, communicate, meditate

I want to commit for the long term, not start then let things slip into oblivion after a few days. I need to make those 3 things part of my daily routine. *Read something motivating and/or enlightening *Communicate with my team members to gain and provide encouragement * Take time before bed to be silent, breathe deeply, then plan tomorrows meals and activities.
