I ran Week 7 day 2 of the C25K program yesterday after almost a week off from running and it went well. I did some upper body and lower body workouts in place of running last week. Strength training can’t be replaced by running. (for me anyways!) I see so much change/physical benefits from light strength training sessions and eating right. I had a stretch of pretty big calorie deficits lately and it really helped me see results. I’m down 10.2# for the last 2 months and back at a much better weight for me. 146.6 shooting for a little more loss yet down to about 142ish B - down 1.5 to 35 W - down 3.5 to 29 Th - up .5 to 20 C - no change at 14.5
