Happy Sunday!

Another one of those "what a day". Not that it was a bad day, just weird.

I woke up in the middle of the night hearing the rain just pouring down. Mike said that we got 1-3/4" of rain last night. Just crazy! I did get right back to sleep and then woke up about 5 minutes before the alarm. I got up, had my Energize, read my Bible and devotional and took my shower. I got the dishes put away and fixed my breakfast. I did get the bed made before I headed to the church.

Thankfully I got to church before it apparently rained again. Church went well. We had 3 baptisms today! So crazy and yet so awesome. It's so nice seeing the church filling up again. Just wonderful.

Once home, it was quiet. We ended up going out for lunch at the Chuckwagon in Adair and it's a good thing that we did because Mike ended up having to go into work this afternoon. The power had gone out in Greenfield at some point today and that always messes things up at Cardinal.

I've spent the afternoon reading, working on my puzzle (didn't take a picture tonight, but did fill in a few of those little holes) and listening to/watching baseball.

1. Nutrition: lunch out wasn't the healthiest, but I've been trying to drink my water to flush out the sodium
2. Fitness: Day 84 - rest day
3. Personal: Read my Bible and devotional; read and worked on puzzle; phone time was good.

Tomorrow - I need to clean my kitchen, then maybe some laundry. I'm scheduling to donate blood in the afternoon, but we'll see if my hemoglobin is even high enough. I don't understand why the school's blood drives always seem to fall during TOM... I haven't donated since before the pandemic and the last time that I tried my iron was too low.

It does sound like lunch was the right thing to do today. Sorry Mike had to go into work.
